I just started doing Wal-Mart's online grocery ordering and pickup. It is soooo much easier than fighting crowds, plus here there is no fee. They offer delivery here too for a small fee.
Hilary, some local organizations may offer this service. In my community, my church has volunteers that will shop for you. Our Visiting Nurse Assoc will shop for homebound members of the community. And, a group called SageElder has volunteers that will shop for you. The home delivery service available from many large supermarkets is a huge help for folks these days.
Safeway (Northern California) and Von's (Southern California) do on-line delivery.
There is a lawsuit that mom is part of (from the early part of 2000 through 2008 due to them charging the on-line customers more for the items (so we stand to get a small check), but I know they aren't doing it now.

Some are just curb-side pick ups of groceries ordered, thus you need to go to the grocery store to pick up your order. Others offer both curb-side and front door delivery. There are fees usually connected with this service.
I just tested Google to see if they have a list. Type into Google "on-line groceries" along with your zip code.
Now where I live we have a company called Peapod which is associated with our Giant grocery stores. One has to spend at least $60 for curb-side pick-up $2.50 fee, or $100 for front door service $10 service fee. One has to use either credit cards or have the bill pulled from your bank account. I have been using Peapod now every week for 4 years.
