Can an out of country property be transferred to a child so that a parent in a nursing home does not lose it?

This can generate income for Moms care. I would think Medicaid would want it sold. Check with a Medicaid lawyer.

As far as I know, an asset isn't exempt for Medicaid purposes simply because it's not located in the US.
