Can anyone take over decisions of care for brother?

Reiki Angel, when you get a chance we really need more information. Such as why does your brother need medical care? Does your brother have a medical Power of Attorney? Does he have a Medical Directive? Who does he live with or is he in continuing care?

Is there a situation where someone from the family has jumped in to make the decisions but you feel the decisions are not correct?
