I cosigned on my granddaughters checking account. Will this need to be reported for my Medicaid application?

If you have never made a deposit or withdrawal to this account, which can be proved through bank records, then I don’t think Medicaid would consider it as one if your assets. However, you might want to call your local office just to make sure. Better safe than sorry, especially with Medicaid.
