Many nursing homes do. Fewer assisted living facilities do. Most adult day care programs do. What level of care are you looking for?
Do a google search for ~Nursing Homes [or AFLs] that take medicaid in ___~ filling in the county and state of interest. That will be a good start.
Also, this is something to discuss with the Medicaid case worker. He or she will know the area and be familiar with at least some of the facilities that they work with.
Some facilities accept Medicaid after a period of self-pay. If the resident has been paying full price for two years and their money runs out, the facility will then accept Medicaid. This needs to be discussed with any facility you are considering. Don't assume!
