Do you have the funds to hire a live in CG or are you looking for respite care?
There are many aging care companies. It is not cheap, and you may go through several CG before you find the right "fit".
The cost of 24/7 care in home may well be more than moving mom to a facility more able to care for her needs. If she is as needy as your post indicates, just having "somebody" stay with her, that very likely will not be quality care--she needs active nursing care...not just a warm body to be there.
Add more to your question, I'm not getting a feel for your situation as it is.
