Jackie, I looked up Bethany House on the Internet and there are quite a few places that have that name but none reflected Hospice care. Therefore, I assume Bethany House in your area is a Hospice facility?
If yes, is your grandmother the one on Hospice care [per your profile]? Is grandmother self-pay at the Nursing Home or is she on Medicaid [which is different from Medicare]. Usually the free-standing Hospice facilities one would need to be self-pay as Medicare only pays for the Hospice care, not room and board.
