Could you explain the situation that you are asking about? We need more information so that we have a better idea who the Life Tenant was, and who the TWO remaindermen are and what is RemainderMan #1 wanting to buy from RemainderMan #2. Thanks.

You need to consult lawyer if Medicaid is involved. There may be a lien.
