I was just curious if someone could give me some feedback on this situation. My Mom, who is 92, has leg swelling from the knees on down to her feet. We went to the doctor (PA) and he did bloodwork and has her wearing compression stockings. My question is that he never really said what the cause of this is or what will happen in the future. The results of the bloodwork said she was anemic and that her kidneys are good. She is not out of breath or experiencing any heart issues. If the compression stockings don't work he will try a diuretic. As far as anything else she is in great shape, mind is good, and takes no medication. If anyone has had this situation I would be curious to know. She currently has started to use a walker and is living on one floor. Up until last month, she was completely mobile and driving. Thank u.
