Your neighbor MIGHT qualify for Hospice if she/he does Hospice will cover oxygen if it is necessary. If the oxygen is necessary and the doctor orders it I see no reason why Medicare would not pay for it. (Or I have a lot to learn about Medicare!)

I don't see why Medicaid wouldn't. They pretty much pay everything. Does your friend have a doctor's order.
