Talk to the doctor, get him tested for a UTI. Before giving any vitamins or supplements talk to the doctor or better yet the pharmacist let them know what other medications or OTC products (over the counter) to be sure that there will be no interaction
If there is an odor you need to call his doctor. Like said, it could be a UTI and they are more serious in men than women.
Just read that if its a sulfur smell than drinking plenty of water helps. I don't think cranberry tablets help with the smell just helps prevents the UTI.
