I'd like to learn about medical transport of my mother across the states, primarily air transport and the costs. Any experience with this?

My question is why? You do realize Mom will not be able to get Medicaid in another state until she has established residency.

What are her health problems?

It will depend on the distance travelled and the level of medical assistance needed - given that ground transport would range from several hundred and up for short trips I imagine it would be much more than most people are able to pay.
