Is the issue that your mother has debts and has the money to pay them off, and you have a POA but are not sure how to access the money? Or what?

Oops read wrong - What debt? Can you give us a little more background information like -your mum's health -dementia or not and other conditions, and where this debt fits in her life.

Far more information needed. What type of debt? Does she have any money? How close is she to end of life? Does she need the money for other things?
