My father had a will and my sister became POA and changed it. What can be done?

When I asked her about it, she said forget it there is no will. She added her name to the deed. When I asked my father he said he didn't do that...it has gotten out of hand. Father has slight dementia now and she sold his house and put him in a nursing facility.
