Does a caregiver of an incompetent person pay rent?
I’m living with her and take care of her 24/7.

Caregivers are paid $15. to $25.00 per hour. Are you being paid? If you care for someone 24/7, they should be paying you - not the other way around. We need more info to give sound advice.

I can't see why you would be expected to pay rent to be a full time caregiver. Are you being paid for your work?
