I need help 3 days a week with light cleaning, washing clothes and cooking meals for the days they are off. What might this cost?

I'm on Disability and SSI. My income is $791.00 a month.

UnitedHealthcare covers medical need in home after surgery. I'm not sure about the above. I live alone. My son just had back surgery and cannot help me. He may not be able to work again. If so, it will be more than a year. There isn't much left after my bills are paid. What can I do?
