My mother has barricaded herself in her bedroom, thinking her caregivers want to hurt her. I am home sick. Advice?

It is Saturday night, she refuses to talk to me. Paramedics and police came at my request, but said they could do nothing. Refuses Ativan that caregivers (and police) offered on my request. She is 94 at home recovering from severe broken leg/surgery, mobile but vulnerable on walker. Help.
