We received a notice on Tuesday for an OSAH hearing on February 11, 2019, and my son is the petitioner. Any advice?

Since the 11th is not far off, you really need to call.

Is your sons health a result of working in a place using a chemical unsafely. Exposed to asbestosis or anything that could cause his health problems? Is he in a class action suit because of this?

OSHA stands for Occupational Health and Safety Administration. They are part of the government who oversee safety in the workplace. They require that employees working in hazardous conditions have training to help minimize exposure. That safety precautions by the employer are carried out. Records need to be kept

I doubt that son will be required to be there under the circumstances. OSAH is on his side. Its probably an investigation concerning the employer. I doubt if he is the only one getting this notice and may not be required to attend anyway. Its just a notice that a hearing is being held.
Call the number on the paperwork and see if I am correct.

There must be a number on the paperwork you can call. Ask them what it is reference to. Hopefully your son is able to say its OK they talk to you. Explain that your son is on Hospice and cannot physically attend the hearing. They may require proof of this in writing.

Possibly Office of State Administrative Hearings. Did you request a reconsideration of the Medicaid denial? This would be a hearing about that. Prepare and go to it.
