If your community supports it, call 211. They can direct you to agencies who can help. If you haven’t yet, take a very hard look at your budget and cut out everything you can possibly do without. Shop at Aldi or another low-cost grocery. Check out Section 8 housing where you’ll pay 30% of your income. Find food banks in your area. Apply for food stamps. Apply for Medicaid. Hit up thrift shops instead of buying new.
