Dad (80) applied for reverse mortgage & credit cards, some in my mother's name. I live far away & they refuse financial conversations: MYOB!

Looks like they are having financial problems. Not much you can do unless they are incompetent and you have POAs in place. Just remember, you are not responsible for the debts they incur.
