As a consumer, can I get software for making Medicaid-related calculations and scenarios?

Such as calculations related to gifts, transfers, penalties, annuities, etc? Elder law attorneys are using it, so why shouldn't we have access to something similar? I at least want something that lets me plug in various factors and see what the outcome will be in x number of years. Has anyone seen such a thing?
