How do you get them in nursing home? Needs a lot of help.

To enter a nursing home, the person must meet certain criteria. Can they transfer into/out of bed without assistance? Can they dress, bathe, or feed themself? Can they take care of their toileting needs? A DR is the one that determines if placement is necessary and signs off on the forms.

Have you researched any facilities? Will the person be self paying or are they on Medicaid?
