All of the previous advise is good. You can also see your doctor - there is a prescription drug that's advertised on TV for "overactive bladder" condition.
This is the 3rd time you have asked this question and have received answers. Before it was in the roll of the husband now its as the person suffering from the problem.
What haven't we answered? There are incontinent products out there. There are pads for "leaks" and pullups for more serious problems. Like posted, being checked for a UTI may have help. If this is something new, seeing a urologist may help. Could be a simple problem to correct.
UTI tests are available on amazon, AZO seems to help, wearing Depend underwear might help. UTIs sometimes have symptoms of an uncontrollable-bladder . You're 53 and gave birth, both of which will exacerbate that issue. I'm guessing every solution is centered around Kegel exercises. Combine those with AZO and evaluate the results.
