My mom is 96 years old with dementia. She talks about everyone being sick and dying. She'll say very morbid things is this common?

She'll be watching tv and say did you see that girl she doesn't have legs, she sawed them off. She said Kelly Clarkson is dying and so is her baby. She also says everyone is incarcerated.
