Catjo, I suggest you contact your County council on aging to see what suggestions they may have for your area. Some cities have senior buses that one can call, and the rides are inexpensive.
Being that the person has memory issues, that could be a draw back when it comes to transportation. Someone may need to go with that person to medical appointments and to the health club.
