She complains about this ringing in her ears on a daily basis and explains what it sounds like every day like it's the first time shes telling us. I say we need to get in to see a doctor but then she will say no I know what it is, it's just my sinuses and allergies then she will come in to say it's not her sinuses it's more in her head and so forth. It's sad cause I think she knows it but then forgets that shes know if that makes sense. Some days are better then others. But I know one thing she complains alot when shes never really be a complainer and she gets moody. I just don't want her getting scared or anxiety cause I find she starts losing her breath when reality hits, anxiety attack more less.

Take her out to a nice lunch then to the Dr appt. (dont tell her)
just do it... make appt., don’t elaborate about appt. just walk her In there after that nice lunch.
Request they do a memory test during visit when calling for appt.
If you have to tell mother what’s up. Say there’s new testing medicare requires, and it will only take 15 minutes.

And if you can get your Mom to the doctor, have the doctor do a test for an Urinary Tract Infection. Such an infection in an older person can mimic dementia and create other strange symptoms.
