You may need to use other people if your daughter needs to be paid. I don't know how all of this works but a lot of services are needs based, not means based.

Is your prognosis for a full recovery and this is short term? If yes, you would probably be better off paying her a small amount. However, if you have been permanently disabled then it is worth it.
Sad to say I was disabled before the fall, now I’m going through the shock of not being able to do everything I need to do for myself. Six dollars cost me 2000.00 and going up, this is all a joke! There’s no way anyone should have to pay this outrageous cost for health care, especially when you see other countries that have universal health care! If you cannot afford to pay her yourself.....Every state has programs that pay family caregivers, some are through Medicaid, some are not. All are needs based so you must qualify medically as well as financially. Your state does have several programs you might be eligible for, which would provide financial assistance for a family caregiver. Try contacting your area on aging to see what programs are available in PA & what you are eligible for.
Yes, but only if you choose to pay her for caring for you. If you are on medicaid then there are ocassionally circumstances in which family can be paid for your care. But that needs to be carefully researched.
