It is not clear that your brother or both of you had criminal charges filed, when you say he signed a paper: "it was probation for me". It appears that you do not understand exactly what happened. If you were not arrested, no charges were filed against you, he would not be able to "sign a paper, it was probation for me".
There is free legal help, call them. Call your caseworker for a referral. Try to get help for yourself, separate from your brother. I am not sure, but you may be vulnerable to exploitation.
There are outside caregivers who can be sent in by Medicaid.
we had an arguement and the a/c man was here fixing air conditioner and we were loud. a/c man called police and they arrest my brother .I tried to tell adult protective services lady the next day I wanted to drop charges and she told me I couldnt.the law had my brother sign a paper he thought to be released but it was probation for me .he got time served on probation but he lives with me and I need his help.i have chronic emphysema, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and my ana has tested positive for lupus twice,I have broke both hips and my left foot has 15 screws and a metal plate and I need someone that can help me straighten this out I already cant get 2 of my medications every month cause I cant afford copays and my brother cant help me for free cause we need to salary to make ie thank you mitzi
