If you hire an aide/caregiver to help with the care of your wife, this person will clean her up after bowel movements while at your home. Thankfully, this is a service that AgingCare can help find for you.
You are never going to get an on demand service to deal with any emergency situation, you need to figure out how to deal with it on your own until someone can help you. You aren't likely to find many ordinary cleaning services willing or able to take on this kind of clean up and it is really beyond the scope of caregiving agencies. When I had a major clean up I found that a wet/dry vacuum did a great job, it sucked up the solids and was effective at pulling the cleaning solution from furniture and carpets. I eventually got Bissell's little green machine, which works in a similar way.
Vinpisano, I see from your profile that you are caring for your wife who is in her 80's. I assume you are also around that age. It is a lot of work, and I give you credit for being there for her.
As for cleaning up bowel situation, you would need to contact a home cleaning service. Sorry, Aging Care doesn't offer such a service. AgingCare offers articles regarding helping with care, and forum for caregivers to ask questions where other caregivers can answer from experience.
We would be more than happy to answer any of your questions regarding the care of your wife.
