Thoroughly research for side effects. I am not familiar with this medication.I am reading recently that so many given for Parkinson's are good with hallucinations, but ruin balance, or good with balance and cause hallucinations. Seems to be always something. Looking it up with "Namenda and falls"might help with some online research.
This is only part of an answer. Speak to the doctor about side effects of this medication, only one of which is dizzyness. The reason for falls should be looked at fully with the right medical professional.
There is much more to this, since Namenda is prescribed for Alzheimer's, which the condition may be partly responsible for the patient falling.
Other caregivers with Alzheimer's experience will be by to assist with an answer.
