From bad to worse; anyone have a parent with a dislocated hip?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had a parent with dislocated hip? My mom slid out of bed and hip was put back in, but apparently got dislocated again in the hospital, with all the turning, etc. Now after the anesthesia she has pneumonia. We have put her under Hospice care, but is only taking Tylenol - guess it's because of the pneumonia. What else can she take for pain? Anyone have experience with CBD and how much? This is a big blow after she was moving around and doing well, then suddenly this. Thanks
