Adult incontinence underwear?

Does anyone know of adult underwear that are very absorbent-especially for overnight? I've tried Tena, Always and Depends Overnight. My MIL is mostly dry during the day-night is when she goes. We do have a plastic sheet for her bed-not sure what else we can do.
