Mom has dementia and has been sleeping about 4 hrs this afternoon. Do I wake her to give medication?

Give it to her when she wakes up ...her sleeping will increase as she declines...

It depends on the meds. You might try looking online to see what you should do if you miss a dose, but generally a few hours one way or the other isn't critical.
