Hi! No it’s not like a chat room. You will probably find common ground with questions and discussions that other people have raised, and you can chip in with your own experience. If you want to be more specific about your individual issues, you can start your own question or discussion. Another very useful resource is the ‘Care Topics’ on the top right hand side of the screen. It comes up with an alphabetical list of topics that you can scroll down. Each topic shows articles on the subject, and then older questions and discussions on the topic. Welcome, and have a look around!
