Does anyone have experience with Primary Progressive Aphasia? Are there any meds you use to ease the person's anxiety?

The wife is very regimented. Everyday is like yesterday. Scramble eggs at 2 am. Peanut butter sandwich for lunch. Chicken soup for dinner. Get the mail at 1:01 precisely. If her husband tries to offer her care she gets combative. She is in her early 60's.
