Has anyone had experience with Silent Syndrome in a loved one due to Lithium Toxicity?

Good afternoon. My mother in law (age 59) was admitted to the ER last week Monday. She had been on lithium given from a psych hospital for approximately 6 weeks (we tried to have it not prescribed but told we had no rights to her Mental health medication) for bipolar. Upon admission to the ER her lithium levels which should have been no around 1.2 were at 3.46. Dialysis was done to flush out the lithium and she is now at 0.4.she was also treated for a potential UTI.

In over the last week there has been barely any progress in her alertness. She is unable to speak, sleeps most the day and is tube fed. They now think it could be “Silent Syndrome”. Just wanted to know if anyone could share their experiences with this condition so we know what to expect.
