If she hasn't already had medical attention, call for some now. Blood tests will show if she's had any sort of "cardiac event" which might account for her fatigue, but in any case it would be best to take professional advice on how best to manage her care.

When my husband had his heart attack he knew he was having chest pain but it wasn’t awful like one night expect. In fact it didn’t show up on an EKG. But when blood work was done, they knew he had indeed had a heart attack. It takes a good while to recover. Meds can help. I would get her in to see a cardiologist.
If you are asking if this is normal or concerning, I would contact her doctor for a discussion (if you are on record as her medical representative). They will probably have you bring her in as there is no way to figure out what's going on any other way. It could be many things.

As others had recommended, have your Mom talk with her primary doctor or a cardiologist.
