Ok I’ll be the one to ask. Where they still married when the first one passed? Because if they were divorced then....that would be a reason to keep the ashes separate unless you have reason to believe they would want to be together
My friend has a small urn pendent on a necklace with both of her parents together, they were married 65 years and always did everything as one. She then let the rest of the ashes go over the Gulf Of Mexico. I do not think it is wrong!
I dont believe it would be wrong at all. they would still be together if you do or not. Your very thoughtful to do that. we just went to my aunt and she wanted her ashes to be between her to sons that already at cemetery. but you have to have a plot. to put an urn. i told the family i will take the ashes myself and dig a hole and put the urn in the ground my self or just pour ashes between them and save some for him. bless you with your answer.
