Is unscented baby wash appropriate for peri care after incontinence?

I would not get any soap near the urethra. My daughter used to get UTIs from bubble baths. If I did use it, I would rinse very well using a handheld showerhead.
I used Huggies for cleanups. They are bigger than most wipes and thick.
