What type of facility is best for dementia with behavioral disorders?

Our sweet mom has spiraled in the past 5 months with signs of paranoia, delusions and hallucinations and confabulations. We were able to get her in a SNF for two months however her behavior of severe agitation and combative behavior due to being paranoid she was sent to behavioral facility and released back to SNF. Within 20 hours had another episode that resulted in facility discharge. We are so afraid and lost for our next steps. Medicaid is pending.
