What is look back in NC what dates do they go by?

If you are talking about Medicaid look back, its 5 years from the date/Month you apply. So that is how many bank statements you need. Actually, Moms caseworker requested 4 a year for 5 years. Just so happened Mom had kept 5 yrs worth.
