What is the best women's incontinence briefs?

Grandma normally wears depends fit-flex maximum women's small but I can't any in the stores by us in Michigan. She likes this brand because of the feel and protection. Found out she has tried dollar general and other cheap store brands and doesn't like them. She deals with urgency and functional incontinence and does use bed pads because of leaking at nighttime too. Also she has had to deal with bladder infections the last couple months and haven't figured out the cause of them.
