If your agency can no longer provide the promised hours due to the virus, you can advertise your caregiving services privately. I think you'll have lots of potential clients.
Need more info. Do you mean guarantee the hours promised. Or do you mean that you need to prove u worked 25 hrs.
If its you proving, I would think a client needs to sign a paper saying you were there from a certain time to a certain time. I would take a copy of that paper before handing it in. When it comes to a guarantee of hrs, getting it in writing is good. But maybe they can't, at this time, get you 25 hrs a week.
Did they promise you these hours before the Covaid hit? Some people have cancelled aids. You may not get more hours till covaid over, or you may want to check out other agencies. Good luck
