My uncle is a retired Master Chief Sergeant in the Air Force of 26 years he has Tricare Humana Medicare and we are looking to for help w/pay.
Any advice?

I will assume he is retired Airforce. Should be getting a pension. Your County should have a Veterans office where he can ask these questions.
