It all depends on what you mean by dealing? Are u caring for or considering caring for this person or just trying to find resources?
Dealing with anyone with these problems is hard. With BiPolar they have drastic mood swings. Meds help but my cousin says they make you feel weird. And Schzifrenics, they are in their own world. Both are unpredictable and unless a person has experience caring for these type of mental conditions as a layman I wouldn't even try. I knew a lady that in her manic stage shaved her head, gave away her food and furniture.
I feel the only person that can answer your question is a qualified psychiatrist. Telehealth service is available for your needs. Please take advantage of any services that are provided in your area.
