How to keep a diaper/brief on a bedbound adult with Brain Mets.

My lovely daughter has breast cancer that has metastasized to her brain. I need advice on how to keep her adult diaper on. From the second it goes on, she is pulling and tearing at it. I am in the 3rd week of caregiving and wondering about my ability to do this.

Does anyone have some good suggestions on how to keep a diaper on her???
