My loved one has Lewy Body Dementia and now can't get his clothes off before losing control of urine. Suggestions needed please.

Its time for Depends.
You may want to try getting him to go every couple of hours. He probably doesn't realize he needs to go until he a sudden urge.

Exactly. Incontinence underwear and regular bathroom trips saves lots of clean up.
