My mom is 87 and suffers with Lewy Body Dementia. We have to go to the Court of Protection to get permission to sell her home to pay her Care Fees but need a Mental Capacity Assessment done. The Care Home Doctor won’t do it as he says he doesn’t know her. The home is saying we need it done by a Psychiatrist but due to COVID they aren’t allowed in the home. What do we do?
