And in your profile you indicate that you are looking for "legal orientation". I will bet 99.0% of the people that respond to that will tell you to contact a certified Elder Care Attorney. Most Attorneys can do Wills, POA, Trusts and the like but one that knows the "in'd and out's of Elder law will be particularly helpful.
