Trying to apply for my father in law. Not sure what they are asking for. When stated car insurance statement. Does anyone know. Does that mean the paid bills or the insurance card stating he is active? And if paid bills do I have to go back 5yrs?
Since Medicaid is about finances, I'm thinking they want to know how much he is currently paying for car insurance. Regarding how far back, please read the instructions carefully on the app. The lookback is different between states.
